Blockbuster video switch: Take two movies you want to see. Switch them in their boxes and rent one. Watch it, return the next day. Say it was the wrong movie in the box and get to see the other for free.

People would pay a fee to you for this service. Once a month you take a group to an event and have them bet against each other. Using odds etc. You would take them to a roller skating rink an have them bet on the races, to a strip club and have them bet about how much each girl will earn, to a labratory to bet on the outcome of experiments, etc.
